If you need lab work completed prior to an upcoming follow-up appointment, please schedule your labs at least two weeks in advance to ensure results are available.
Please note that we cannot guarantee which lab tests your insurance will cover. If you have concerns about cost, we recommend contacting your insurance provider in advance to verify coverage. We are happy to provide diagnosis codes upon request. Lab claims are submitted directly by the laboratory, not our office.
